SAFE AND RELIABLE IN ANY SITUATION

LIVI/N is a safe and precise automation for sliding gates as it is equipped, in 230V version, with a motion reading system using magnetic or digital encoders. The card controls the gate's movement, detects the presence of obstacles and, when found, reverses the direction of movement. In addition to external safety accessories, such as photocells and safety edges, encoders make the gate more reliable.

Is there a POWER SUPPLY? YOUR GATE WILL NOT STOP

What if a sudden power outage blocks your gate? In the 24V version, LIVI/N runs on batteries. In the event of a power failure, the gate continues to function as if nothing happened. Furthermore, for entry and exit it is possible to unlock the automation mechanism and open the passage manually this can be done from the inside with the special key provided or even from the outside thanks to BLINDOS. With LIVI/N, you'll never be locked in or out of your home.

IS IT SUCCESSFUL AND ICE? NO PROBLEM

Some LIVI/N models are equipped with a magnetically operated limit switch. Thanks to magnets placed on the rack at the maximum opening and closing point, the movement becomes more regulated, mechanical wear is reduced, and the door opens and closes even when the rack is covered with snow or ice.

Thanks to the DEAuser APP, you can use your smartphone to open the gate without a key or remote control. Moreover, if you have also installed NET-COM with data SIM, you can check the automation status even when you are at the office or away from home.
